I started drawing at an early age.
My mom told me I drew shoppers in my grandfather's
grocery store in Liberty City at the age of four.

When I got to college, my painting teacher told me I could be a good painter.
I got scared and had visions of living in poverty and becoming earless.
So I became a graphic designer, just in case it didn't work out with the paintbrush.

After 25 years of people telling me where their logo would look good,
(how about up their asses?) I got an itch to go back to my original
love and become a painter again.
Since 2007, I have been infatuated with faces and I did many pet portraits.

I am entering a new phase of my development, studying with a great
master named Barry Gross and learning what it really means to be an artist.
It has really been a wonderful journey.
